Sales Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our commercial security sales team in downtown South Boston and Salem, NH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from inception to close, overseeing sales team performance, and collaborating with East Area Manager and National Sales Manager to establish sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales objectives and budgeted sales targets.
- Manage and improve sales processes and procedures to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and develop new employees to improve individual performance.
- Effectively lead meetings, set performance expectations, and hold employees accountable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of sales management experience in a commercial service industry or commercial electronic security integration industry.
- Knowledge and familiarity of construction, building materials, commercial electronic security products, and/or large retail operations required.
- Ability to commute for sales/business development/customer presentations/meetings and managing sales staff at both offices.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
