About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Director to lead our Strategic Accounts team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our clinical engagement and satisfaction of each account.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Contract Negotiations and Compliance: Lead complex contract negotiations, securing favorable terms while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to strategically steer company offerings and position in the market.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience or sales experience in healthcare technology business-to-business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large accounts, with a history of achieving significant sales targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the capability to negotiate and persuade at senior management levels.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
