We are seeking a skilled Public Administration Coordinator to join our team at the Fort Boise Community Center. As a key member of our administration staff, you will provide essential support services for the Boise Parks and Recreation Department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask effectively. You will work closely with our team to greet visitors, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, process payments and permits, and direct inquiries to the appropriate unit or person.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the Boise Parks and Recreation Department
  • Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
  • Process various payments and permits
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate unit or person

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
