We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Paradigm Information Services, Inc. This 10-month contract role is based in Boise, Idaho, and offers a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year.

Job Overview

In this critical support role, you'll provide administrative assistance to employees, ensuring efficient daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing shipments
  • Developing and editing Excel spreadsheets for financial records
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding, coordinating with other departments
  • Compiling data for reports, performing administrative tasks related to cost centers and budgets
Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you'll require:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of general administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced administrative skills and technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving
