Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at West Coast Logistics. As a key member of our commercial project management team, you will be responsible for facilitating the formation and managing/coordinating the administration of prime contracts throughout the life cycle of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business and execution units in the formation of prime contracts, including participating in proposal development, prime contract review, joint venture and/or subcontract partnering, and risk assessment processes.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from award to execution with the support of project teams throughout the life of a project.
  • Coordinate with legal and risk management departments to obtain and provide information regarding commercial issues, as well as coordinate with commercial project management and project controls on commercial data analysis.
Requirements
  • EPC experience dealing with high-profile/high-budget projects.
  • Accredited degree (or global equivalent) in business, law, engineering, construction management, or cost engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Requires a comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and management of contracts and subcontracts.
