We are seeking an experienced Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Children's Therapy Place. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient scheduling across multiple disciplines, ensuring balanced caseloads, and minimizing conflicts or overlaps in appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of therapy staff schedules.
  • Collaborate with therapists to address scheduling needs, special accommodations, or changes in availability.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts by rescheduling patients or reassigning therapists as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior administration and scheduling experience is required.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, clients, family members, and other facility personnel.
