Inbound Customer Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Agent at ValorVIP, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide accurate and concise information to customers about products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
