About the Role

As a Technical Support Agent at ValorVIP, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and helpful manner
  2. Provide accurate and concise information to customers about products and services
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  4. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
