Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
">We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at MCI Careers. As a specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to upsell new products and services.
The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver who continuously strives to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. This is an entry-level position, and prior contact center experience isn't required. We encourage candidates from customer service industries such as servers, bartenders, and retail associates to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
- Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions while following all required scripts, policies, and procedures
Estimated Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour.
Bonus Structure:
We offer regular daily, weekly and monthly incentives, including monetary rewards and prizes such as computers, tablets, phones, TVs, trips, tickets, and even cars.
