About the Role

This position involves handling inbound and outbound contacts in a professional and courteous manner. As a key member of the Mass Markets team, you will be responsible for ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling skills.

You will also research systems to find missing information, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed, and document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
