About the Role

The Client Relations Executive plays a vital role in driving business growth and development for CommonSpirit Health. As a field-based business development representative, this position is responsible for consistently meeting referral and admission volume expectations, while maintaining and growing current market share and identifying new sources of business to support the branch's business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, patient experience, and profitability goals in collaboration with the Director, Business Development; Regional Vice President, Market Development; or Vice President, Sales and branch Director, Operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and management to drive business growth and development.
  • Utilize excellent sales, customer service, and persuasive abilities to gain commitment for referrals and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field.
  • Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree, or comparable business experience required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and interdependently.
  • Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Google Workspace and territory management systems.
