IT Business Development Representative

About the Role:
A-STAFFING, INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Consultant Sales representative to join our team. As an IT Consultant Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our IT consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels to identify potential clients for our IT consulting services.
- Qualify prospects and determine their IT needs to develop and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to showcase our IT consulting services and solutions.
- Closing deals and negotiating contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting services and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IT/marketing and its applications.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software to manage client relationships and sales activities.
- Bilingual (English and Japanese) to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or have a valid work visa.
- California driver's license to facilitate travel and meetings with clients.
