About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. as an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, case managers, and insurance companies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Educate the medical community about our clinical programs and services, highlighting their benefits and value in improving patient outcomes and maintaining their home environment.
  • Participate in developing new business opportunities through community outreach and engagement, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and needs.
  • Present disease-specific clinical programs to promote positive patient outcomes and enhance our reputation as a leader in home health care.
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from acute care settings to home, and contribute to the development of an agency-wide marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum one year of medical sales experience in the local market, with a proven track record of success.
  • Home health sales experience a plus.
  • Licensed driver with a reliable automobile, insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $96,300 per year, depending on experience.
