Job Summary

The Business Development Center Representative is a key member of our team at Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge of Ontario. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to sales inquiries, and coordinating showroom floor requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to sales inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
  • Coordinate showroom floor requests and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the Sales department.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage paperwork and records, and prepare documentation as needed.
  • Receive and coordinate service calls, and schedule appointments with service advisors.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates, features, and accessories to provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish personal goals and devise a strategy to meet dealership standards of productivity.
  • Provide service or sales management information by completion reports.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent telephone, writing, and typing skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Must be engaging, inquisitive, and have a willingness to help attitude.
  • Internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Must have drive, passion, and confidence to be successful.
  • A desire and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Self-starter and self-motivator.
