Business Development Representative

Oceania International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge
- Generate quality leads through various methods, including phone, networking events, digital marketing, and industry events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
- Contribute to the creation of pricing strategies and proposals
- Track and report on monthly goals
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Competitive salary range: $20/Hr to $26/Hr
