Business Development Representative

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other store personnel.
- Merchandise and sell our brand(s) at the store level, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory, including negotiating and executing sales agreements.
- Make sales calls and present promotions, prices, and product information to store managers and other key decision-makers.
- Supervise and manage a team of Food Demonstrators, responsible for hosting events and promoting our products.
- Monitor and manage Food Demonstrator productivity and performance, ensuring high-quality execution of events.
- Provide recommendations to store managers to avoid outages and excess inventory levels.
- Ensure tasting events are executed in targeted stores and within company standards.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales/customer experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior merchandising or promotional experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail and basic math proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and availability to work weekends.
