About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify potential sales opportunities and develop customized sales proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or document solutions industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
