Automotive Sales Consultant

Training Provided: No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training.
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Gullo Auto, your primary responsibility will be to showcase and explain the features of our vehicles to prospective customers. You will foster strong relationships with clients while sharing information about our dealership's reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve assisting customers in identifying the vehicle that best meets their needs.
Compensation Package:
This position offers a competitive salary along with various performance bonuses, including volume bonuses, customer satisfaction bonuses, and holiday bonuses. We also provide health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision coverage, as well as a 401K retirement plan. Paid time off is included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers promptly and assess their needs and preferences.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our vehicles to effectively demonstrate their features.
- Understand and communicate the advantages of our offerings compared to competitors.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Utilize various technology platforms in your daily tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain follow-up through multiple communication channels.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license, background check, and drug screening are mandatory.
- A strong ambition to achieve success is crucial.
