Key Responsibilities - Automotive Sales:

  • Welcome customers warmly and assess their needs to align them with suitable vehicles from our inventory.
  • Guide customers during test drives, showcasing vehicle features and advanced technology.
  • Adhere to established protocols for managing online inquiries effectively.
  • Assist all visitors to our showroom with a professional demeanor.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and build a loyal customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and BDC personnel to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Complete training sessions and e-learning modules to earn and uphold necessary certifications.
  • Above all, prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid MD/DC/VA Driver's License
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation
