DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Professional to excel in our team.

No experience is necessary, as we provide paid training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers in person and virtually, as well as with other Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Follow DARCARS approach to selling, including greeting customers with a welcoming attitude, listening to their needs, and describing vehicle features and operations.
  • Work with finance team to obtain financing, complete paperwork, and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of brands and products, including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a future prospect and customer follow-up system.
  • Participate in brand and DARCARS training.
  • Utilize online digital retailing selling tools and video tools to assist customers virtually.
Performance Expectations
  • Meet personal income goals consistent with DARCARS standards.
  • Develop a strategy to consistently meet sales goals.
  • Comply with DARCARS policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with customers and DARCARS employees.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish and Chinese) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Comfortable using video tools, such as Facetime, to assist customers.
  • Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and converse comfortably with customers.
