Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized sales experiences
    • Describe and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
    • Work with customers to identify and meet their needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring we are always competitive and informed
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team and management
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer service
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
