Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Construction Services team as Vice President Sales Business Development. This strategic leadership role will drive business growth and success through innovative construction projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a high-performing team of construction professionals to deliver world-class projects
  • Partner with business partners to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Provide executive oversight of capital and operating expenses
  • Ensure financial goals are met and company governance policies are adhered to
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, LEED AP, OSHA 30 (or better)
  • Prior experience with transformational change and capital asset planning
