Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive oversight of capital and operating expenses, ensuring adherence to company governance policies and financial goals.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, LEED AP, OSHA 30 (or better).
  • Prior experience with transformational change supporting an organization going through rapid growth.
  • Deep knowledge of capital asset planning.
