Position Overview

Company: Babich & Assoc.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive with a strong background in the consumer packaged goods sector, particularly within the alternative supplements industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with Brokers, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Jobbers/DSD, focusing on Convenience Stores and Grocery outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize existing client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Develop strategies to effectively target and engage potential clients.
  • Exceed sales objectives through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the convenience store sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with current insurance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
