As a Regional Sales Executive at Arctic Compressor, you will be instrumental in driving our growth within the municipal fire industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute customized sales strategies that align with the distinct needs and challenges of each client.
  • Seek out sales opportunities for our offerings, emphasizing their long-term value as capital investments. Initial sales typically range from $25,000 to $30,000, with significant potential for larger contracts at the city, state, and county levels.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships within the municipal fire sector, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant by addressing specific client concerns.
  • Utilize our CRM systems to monitor your sales activities and collaborate effectively with internal teams, enhancing communication and facilitating deal closures.
  • Proactively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to elevate Arctic Compressor's profile, maximize client engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and exploit gaps in competitor offerings to better position our solutions.
  • Navigate our comprehensive sales process, understanding that many clients may be new to purchasing compressors.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in technical sales, particularly with high-value, long-cycle equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge paired with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mechanical expertise is advantageous; experience in firefighting or fire equipment sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience selling to government entities at the state and local levels is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern office software is essential.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50-75% of the time.

Compensation Package:

Our compensation structure is designed to reward top performers. Successful sales professionals in this role have the potential to earn six-figure incomes, with earnings directly linked to performance. We offer an uncapped commission plan and additional performance bonuses, ensuring your earning potential is only limited by your ambition and ability to close sales.

  • Reports To: Senior Regional Sales Manager
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) & Friday (8:00 AM - Noon)
  • Work Environment: This role primarily operates in a manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Travel: Significant travel is required.
