We are a pioneering window treatment company based in the Netherlands, currently expanding our reach in the U.S. market. Our expertise lies in high-end, bespoke drapery solutions that are prevalent in luxury hospitality and corporate environments.

Your Role:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive with substantial experience in B2B textile sales and a comprehensive understanding of window treatment products.

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy expert in motorization and a proactive sales professional with a proven history of building relationships, expanding territories, and delivering outstanding client service.


Sales Territory:
In this role, you will concentrate on developing the Southwest market, with an initial focus on Texas.

Product Offering:
You will be responsible for selling custom window treatment textiles and components to fabricators and dealers in the region. This is a remarkable B2B sales opportunity with a reputable organization that has been delivering innovative window treatment solutions for over three decades.

Compensation Package:
$80k - $105k Base Salary plus Bonus Structure
First-year earning potential exceeding $155k
20 days of Paid Time Off

Provided Technology:

This is a fully remote position with necessary travel, particularly during the busy trade show seasons.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to formulate and implement market strategies.
- Manage existing accounts, establish new relationships, and develop distribution channels across the Southwest.
- Support manufacturer and fabricator accounts in promoting our products.
- Leverage advanced data and information systems to enhance market share and profitability.
- Travel for client meetings, both in-state and out-of-state, supplemented by virtual connections.
- Participate in trade shows and annual meetings in both the Netherlands and Miami.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the Window Coverings industry or a related field.
- Passion for technology and familiarity with innovations in window treatments, particularly motorization.
- Experience in B2B sales to manufacturers or fabricators.
- Ability to cover extensive territories with minimal existing business portfolio.
- Proficiency in CRM software and general computer literacy.
- Strong virtual communication skills with an ability to establish rapport.

Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel is expected, especially during the first and second quarters of the year, including trade shows and annual meetings.
Driver's License required.
Must be able to obtain a passport if not already held.
