We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Hint, Inc. as a key member of our sales organization. Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies to achieve predetermined brand, volume, and Key Performance Indicator objectives for assigned accounts.
- Trade Spend Management: Manage all trade spend to goals with customers and brokers, ensuring optimal pricing and promotional plans.
- Broker Management: Communicate and follow up with brokers to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Customer Development: Proactively execute customer development strategies as identified by senior management, including regular correspondence to communicate chain account progress, pricing, and promotional activity.
- Category Management: Utilize category management expertise to maximize distribution, shelf presence, cold box presence, feature ad support, and display impact in all assigned accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain and analyze distributor and market data regarding account performance, as well as SPINS/IRI performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitive climate in assigned territory.
- Education: Four-year college degree or relevant experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience in account management with key national and/or regional retail accounts.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, PPT, Excel, Google docs, etc. Experience with multiple RTM; DSD, Broadliners, Direct, etc. Retail promotional planning, excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Compensation: Base salary of $100,000-120,000, based on territory and experience.
- Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for bonus.
