About the Role

AireSpring is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Channel Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the western half of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Regional Channel Managers to achieve revenue and sales targets, including partner acquisition, training, and development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand our partner network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with customer needs and revenue goals.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and executives.
  • Travel extensively to visit partners and prospective customers.

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the Telecom industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performance sales teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of partnering with marketing and product development to ensure new products meet customer needs.
  • Experience working with consultative sales methodologies and managing indirect sales channels.
  • Superior analytical and written communication skills, with ability to build complex models and reports.
  • Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or communications.
