Position Overview

The Regional Sales Account Executive is an essential contributor to our organizational growth at BBG. This role demands a proactive and ambitious individual who will be pivotal in enhancing our market presence. The primary responsibility involves identifying and qualifying potential clients through comprehensive research and effective CRM utilization. This includes preparing qualification documents necessary for vendor approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and lead generation techniques to present our offerings.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound communications to arrange meetings for the external sales team, client managers, and division leaders.
  • Monitor existing client accounts and notify the sales team or client managers regarding any significant changes in client revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, client managers, and division leaders to formulate successful sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client queries and coordinating with client managers and the sales team to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record in lead sourcing and sales pipeline development.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong drive for success.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Capability to quickly build trust with potential clients and accurately assess their needs.
  • This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
