McCue Corporation is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our Industrial Sales initiatives. In this role, you will cultivate and enhance client partnerships, secure new contracts, and optimize account development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and fortify client connections through consultative selling via various communication channels.
  • Meet revenue targets by acquiring new clients, managing essential accounts, and fostering account expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities through industry events, targeted outreach, referrals, and proactive cold-calling.
  • Document all sales activities in HubSpot and maintain a well-organized CRM system.
  • Engage in regular travel (approximately 40%) for site assessments, proposal presentations, and client interactions, collaborating with internal teams to enhance business outcomes.

Areas of Focus:

  • Target outreach for medium to large enterprises (facilities exceeding 500k sq. ft.) within the designated region.
  • Sales expertise in solutions-oriented selling and managing key accounts in a B2B context.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business prospects and qualify leads effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized CRM database for the assigned territory.
  • Oversee key accounts, nurture strong client relationships, and resolve any arising issues.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director and other departments to drive business growth and align team strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on solutions-based selling.
  • Exceptional skills in sales, account management, analysis, negotiation, and communication.
  • Proficient in email communication, HubSpot, Zoom, and lead generation tools; experienced in contract negotiations and proposal crafting.
  • Ability to identify risk areas and deliver value-driven solutions related to safety and facility enhancements.
  • A demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and capability to work autonomously.
