Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will need a strong commitment to patient care, the ability to serve others, and the skill to educate healthcare professionals on the advantages of diabetic foot ulcer prevention within the VA health system and the private payer market. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth in your designated area. Working closely with the Regional Manager of Veteran Care Services, you will utilize existing relationships within the VA to lead the service and support aspects of a well-regarded prevention initiative.

Key Duties:

  • Facilitating the growth of the amputation prevention program in new accounts within your territory.
  • Supporting ongoing prevention initiatives within the VA Health System.
  • Creating and delivering patient updates to clinics.
  • Managing additional activities resulting from rapid growth.
  • Acquiring in-depth clinical knowledge regarding diabetic foot ulcers and related terminology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside business-to-business, medical, or pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of success is essential.
  • Established relationships within the VA are required, and references will be verified.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a territory and relationships from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets is necessary.
