Job Overview

Position Summary: The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email, directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Overseeing inventory of office supplies and placing orders for necessary items such as stationery, furniture, and equipment.
  • Conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new administrative staff, including managing their documentation.
  • Coordinating with maintenance services to uphold a clean and safe workplace, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Providing updates on office performance to upper management and collaborating on strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Work Schedule: In-office presence required Monday through Friday.

Experience Required: A minimum of 2-3 years in an administrative management capacity.
