Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Workflow Management Specialist to join our team at National Life Group. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day workflow for the department and adjusting resource allocations as needed to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize business processes to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
  • Assist in decision-making concerning resource utilization and proactively make recommendations to maintain service level expectations.
  • Utilize statistical data and reporting tools to anticipate changing business needs and future planning requirements.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret business trends, using complex data sets to drive fact-based solutions.
  • Analyze past business process performance to develop thoughtful, creative solutions for the future.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various business units to ensure forward business momentum.
  • Maintain foundational knowledge within the queues and have a mastery understanding of how work moves through queues and why.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Life Insurance industry experience required.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
