Job Summary:

The Commercial Real Estate Coordinator will provide administrative support to multiple brokers, ensuring seamless transactional processes and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and listing packages.
  • Schedules appointments, manages calendars, and arranges travel itineraries.
  • Updates and maintains information databases, along with market research.
  • Generates standard and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Gathers supporting documentation to process brokers' commission payments.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college required.
  • 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple or teams of professionals.
  • 2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate basic figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
  • Ability to abstract a lease.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working with industrial and/or office brokers.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Compensation:

Excellent pay - $70,000 - $78,000 per year, plus bonus.
