Job Title: Bilingual Licensing Coordinator

Job Summary:

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Licensing Coordinator to join our team. As a Bilingual Licensing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with life insurance licensing regulations, reviewing contracts, and verifying licenses for each state. You will also oversee day-to-day operations, report to leadership, and maintain accountability of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Licensing: Review contracts, verify licenses for each state, and ensure accurate information.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day and month-to-month operations, encompassing the entirety of the L&C Department and staff.
  • Reporting and Leadership: Report to leadership numbers and close out status.
  • Team Management: Maintain accountability of all team members to ensure work assigned to the Licensing team is completed efficiently, accurately, and completely, and within service level agreement.
  • Workload Management: Monitor work volumes and various systems.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with peers and team members to ensure optimal workflows, look for ways to eliminate inefficiencies and backlogs, and recommend and assist in implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Industry Websites: Familiarity with NIPR and State Department of Insurance Websites is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to trouble shoot, problem solve, and follow-up effectively.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical skills, and proficiency with math.
  • Attention to Detail: Strick attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
