About the Team
The Seller Growth Operations division at TikTok is dedicated to enhancing the daily functions for Merchants and Sellers utilizing the TikTok Shop platform. Our mission is to facilitate comprehensive product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategic planning for all Merchants and Sellers.

This team serves as the market's voice, gathering, prioritizing, and disseminating valuable insights to influence the future of TikTok's Seller Growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Methodology Development: Collaborate with internal product and operations stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance TikTok Shop's Operational Methodology.
  • Curriculum Development: Create a structured and systematic curriculum designed to guide merchants in successfully managing their businesses on TikTok Shop.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative educational materials, including video tutorials, written guides, and interactive modules tailored to various learning styles and expertise levels.
  • Channel Strategy: Oversee a diverse range of communication channels and strategies, such as webinars, live streams, social media, and email campaigns, to effectively engage and influence a broad spectrum of merchants.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, identifying opportunities for enhancement and adjusting content strategies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and expand a team of seller growth operation managers, establishing a long-term strategic roadmap to achieve business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commerce Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce operations and social media marketing; familiarity with TikTok and its ecosystem is advantageous.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to derive insights that inform and refine educational strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in community building for Sellers or Businesses.
  • Proven track record in creating webinars or training sessions for sellers.
