About the Team
This role involves overseeing product solutions and operational strategies for the Seller Outreach team at TikTok. The successful candidate will collaborate with various cross-functional partners within the e-commerce sector, including business, policy, product, and marketing teams. The focus will be on developing comprehensive product strategies and executing a roadmap that introduces innovative solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research to identify seller requirements and challenges related to our seller center and app.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, to refine the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Assess and prioritize product needs based on return on investment and impact evaluations.
  • Engage in the product development lifecycle, reviewing various documents to ensure quality, and lead user acceptance testing to guarantee product excellence and an optimal user experience before launch.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies, including product documentation, training for internal stakeholders, activation plans for target audiences, and tools for operational support.
  • Oversee the educational content for the seller center in collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing the quality of the content.
  • Track key performance indicators for products, perform gap analyses, and drive initiatives for product enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing and strategy within the internet sector.
- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, and managing business education content is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product development and strategy through market insights, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, adept at navigating global organizational structures and aligning goals with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proactive approach, comfortable with setting ambitious objectives, evaluating the current state, planning actionable steps, executing rapid iterations, and continuously improving.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.


Preferred Qualifications:
- A genuine enthusiasm for content and shopping.
- A Master's degree in relevant fields (such as Computer Science or MBA) is preferred.
