About the Role

This is a high-growth and strategically important business within WW Consumer. The Seller Fees team is responsible for monetizing this $120B+ WW business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute large projects from start to finish, including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements and managing technical execution.
  2. Engage with science, engineering, and business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  3. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high-value opportunities.
  4. Contribute to roadmap and OP2 planning.
  5. Own leadership review documents, including PRFAQs, vision documents, monthly or quarterly business reviews.
A Day in the Life

Each day can look different depending on the product lifecycle, but here's an example:

  1. Review PRFAQ with senior leaders.
  2. Define product requirements for a new feature.
  3. Dive deep into a seller escalation with regards to existing functionality.
  4. Provide updates for a QBR.
  5. Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature.
About the Team

This team is responsible for monetizing the $120B+ WW business. The team works closely with Optimization and Causal Science teams and Fee Strategy team to ensure Fee setting decisions are made with the right science inputs on expected downstream impact of these fees.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

- Experience managing technical products or online services.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA.

- Experience in data analysis using Excel and SQL.
