**About the Team**

The Seller Growth Operations team at TikTok plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the day-to-day operations for merchants and sellers on the TikTok Shop platform. This team is responsible for driving full-funnel product education, acquisition, incubation, analytics, and strategy for all merchants and sellers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Methodology Development**: Collaborate with internal products and operations stakeholders to continually frame and upgrade TikTok Shop's operating methodology.
  • **Curriculum Design**: Develop a structured and systematic curriculum to guide merchants in operating a successful business on TikTok Shop.
  • **Content Creation**: Design and develop engaging and informative courses and materials, including video tutorials, written guides, and interactive modules that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
  • **Channel Management**: Manage a portfolio of communication channels and approaches to reach and drive behaviors of a wide range of merchants.
  • **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and performance of educational programs, identifying areas of opportunities for improvement, and refining content strategies accordingly.
  • **Team Leadership**: Manage and grow a team of seller growth operation managers, and build a long-term strategy roadmap to meet business goals.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree and above with at least 5 years of experience in commerce education, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business and social media marketing. Familiarity with TikTok and its ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to cultivate insights to orchestrate and refine educational approaches.
  • Good communication and project management skills, be able to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive through project implementation.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with community building for sellers or businesses.
  • Experience with creating webinars or trainings for sellers.
