Objectives

2) Develop and manage SP communications and content to inspire, educate, and engage through multi-directional channels between SPs and Amazon at scale.

Role Overview
We are in search of a skilled and innovative Senior Manager of Social Media Marketing with a proven history of crafting high-impact social campaigns.
You will take ownership of our Seller-facing social media channels and oversee the comprehensive organic social strategy and execution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be accountable for reach and engagement targets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while uncovering new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the comprehensive organic social strategy for the SellonAmazon social media platforms, enhancing our social presence and driving growth in reach and engagement across key channels.
- Conducting in-depth ROI analysis and opportunity assessment for social media, and formulating a corresponding content strategy that fosters positive seller sentiment across critical seller experiences.
- Designing, executing, and scaling campaigns across our organic platforms, while continuously exploring innovative opportunities for channel expansion. Establishing platform playbooks and best practices to standardize and enhance our social presence.
- Managing essential internal relationships, overseeing the content ideation and briefing process for seller-facing content.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with broader teams (e.g., Content, Marketing, PR) to implement campaigns and programs that generate excitement for key product/service launches and community-building initiatives.
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics in regular business reviews.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship)
- Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements
- Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Ability to communicate results effectively to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is influenced by factors such as market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
