We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands. About the team The Seller Diagnosis & Operation Tools team is responsible for the tools and system to help seller grow their business in TikTok.

Our mission is empower clients to succeed on TikTok by offering comprehensive, easily accessible guidance and operational tools tools. Responsibilities:

  • Steer the evolution of diagnosis system, to drive sellers' success in TikTok Shop.

Recommend and prioritize innovative features that will help advertisers and business owners.

  • Maintain an understanding of eCommerce ecosystems.

Act as a contributor in discussions between Product, Engineer, Sales and Marketing.

  • Explore opportunities with internal and external partners and build innovative product solutions to scale up.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, set business goals and determine product strategies.

  • Learn from customer feedback, user research, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to find new opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications



Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of work experience as product manager, going through full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization.
  • Proven record of successful product outcomes.

Preferred Qualification

  • Industry knowledge of eCommerce or digital advertising or associated marketing technology.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: CRM tools/Engagement/Loyalty Program/Seller Experience/eCommerce SaaS product.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills.

Job Information



The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $337400 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
