About the Team
This role is pivotal within the Seller Outreach product team, focusing on crafting innovative solutions for products and features. You will collaborate with diverse teams across the e-commerce landscape, including business, policy, product, and marketing, to develop comprehensive product strategies and execute a roadmap that introduces new advancements for both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research to uncover seller needs and challenges related to our seller center and seller application.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Assess and prioritize product requirements based on return on investment and impact evaluations.
  • Engage in the product development lifecycle, reviewing various deliverables to ensure quality, and lead user acceptance testing to guarantee optimal product performance before launch.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including product documentation, training for internal stakeholders, audience engagement plans, and operational support resources.
  • Oversee the educational content for the seller center in collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing the quality of the content provided.
  • Track key product performance indicators, perform gap analyses, and spearhead initiatives for product enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing and strategy within the internet sector.
- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, and managing business education content is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product development and strategy through market insights, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities, adept at navigating global organizational frameworks and aligning goals with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach, skilled in setting ambitious objectives, evaluating current conditions, planning actionable steps, and executing iterative improvements.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.


Preferred Qualifications:
- A profound enthusiasm for content and shopping experiences.
- A Master's degree in relevant fields (such as Computer Science or MBA) is preferred.
