We seek a distinguished program leader to innovate and enhance trust and loyalty among our sellers, who contribute to over half of all sales on our platform. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives and develop products that ensure Amazon remains the premier marketplace for sellers worldwide.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- 7+ years of experience in analyzing and presenting results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in implementing efficient processes and driving automation.
- Proven ability to define program requirements and leverage metrics for continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Compensation
Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $124,900 to $206,500, depending on geographic location and individual qualifications. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
