The Senior HR Specialist plays a crucial role in the formulation, execution, and management of both local and international policies and initiatives concerning recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, professional development, organizational growth, and compliance with regulations. This team is committed to aligning business strategies with customer needs while adhering to Catalent's overarching corporate principles and legal requirements. This is a full-time, salaried role requiring on-site presence. The work schedule is Monday through Friday during the first shift.

Catalent Biologics operates a cutting-edge, GMP-certified manufacturing facility, encompassing one million square feet dedicated to drug substance production, drug product manufacturing, and associated pharmaceutical services. This award-winning site aids clients in expediting biologic drug development initiatives, ultimately delivering improved treatments that enhance patient health.

Key Responsibilities

Execute all Generalist-level HR functions, tasks, and responsibilities. Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with business units and key stakeholders to guide and influence optimal business decisions. Oversee traditional HR functions, including employee relations, benefits management, compensation and merit administration, HR compliance, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Drive continuous enhancement of HR processes. Support HR-related projects at the site. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of experience in human resources, or 13 years of HR experience in lieu of a degree. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or related technical fields is advantageous. Strong understanding of HR management principles and labor regulations, with a consultative and results-driven approach. Excellent customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities. Proven capability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
