Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and HR metrics dashboards to provide innovative solutions and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver comprehensive support in meeting sector-specific talent requirements.
  • Influence and engage with senior leaders, clients, and key stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Manage projects and facilitate change within the people services department.
  • Travel as necessary to support team and client needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources in roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like V-lookups, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, onboarding, workforce management, talent development, and employment law.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
