- Provide guidance and coaching on people-related topics such as talent management, performance management, career development, employee engagement, change management, succession planning, and organization design.
- Employee Relations and Compliance
- Ensure employees follow policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Global HR Expertise
- Maintain working knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees both domestically and internationally.
- Partner with the legal department as needed to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation
- Proactively identify opportunities to utilize people trends to identify gaps.
- Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence to drive people strategies, programs, and policies that solve customer needs and commercial success.
- Culture and Diversity
- Serve as an advocate and coach for building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Minimum 10 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years' experience managing a team of HR Business Partners.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge and first-hand experience of the global HR domain, including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, employment law, performance management, talent and succession planning, learning and development.
- Experience supporting globally dispersed leaders with the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with people of various cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent planning, project management, coordination, and analysis capabilities with an attention to detail and accuracy.
