  • Global HR Expertise
    • Maintain working knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees both domestically and internationally.

  • Strategic Planning and Innovation
    • Proactively identify opportunities to utilize people trends to identify gaps.
    • Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence to drive people strategies, programs, and policies that solve customer needs and commercial success.
  • Culture and Diversity
    • Serve as an advocate and coach for building diverse and inclusive teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years' experience managing a team of HR Business Partners.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge and first-hand experience of the global HR domain, including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, employment law, performance management, talent and succession planning, learning and development.
  • Experience supporting globally dispersed leaders with the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with people of various cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent planning, project management, coordination, and analysis capabilities with an attention to detail and accuracy.
