Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical skills to conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel and create dashboards to present HR metrics, facilitating innovative solutions and recommendations for leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to provide support across various HR functions, ensuring alignment with sector talent needs.
  • Engage in project management and change management activities within the people services domain.
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Travel as necessary to meet team and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources in roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or change management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, onboarding processes, workforce management, and employment law.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (PHR or SPHR) are advantageous.
