Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in applying expertise in Human Resources to support a dynamic and growing organization. This position involves collaborating on the development and implementation of talent strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, as well as overseeing compensation, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, performance management, and talent planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical skills to conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel and create dashboards to present HR metrics, facilitating innovative solutions and recommendations for leadership.
- Work collaboratively with teams to provide support across various HR functions, ensuring alignment with sector talent needs.
- Engage in project management and change management activities within the people services domain.
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Travel as necessary to meet team and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources in roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience in project or change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
- Understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, onboarding processes, workforce management, and employment law.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and act as a trusted advisor.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (PHR or SPHR) are advantageous.
