Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical skills to conduct data assessments through Microsoft Excel and HR metrics dashboards, providing innovative solutions and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to support various HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational talent needs.
  • Influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, fostering a trusted advisory relationship.
  • Manage project initiatives and change management processes within the HR department.
  • Occasionally travel to meet team and client requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or change management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, onboarding processes, and employment law.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Possession of a Master’s degree.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
