Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in leveraging expertise in Human Resources to foster a dynamic and adaptable organization. This position involves collaborating on the creation and implementation of talent strategies that encompass employee engagement, retention, professional development, compensation, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), performance management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical skills to conduct data assessments through Microsoft Excel and HR metrics dashboards, providing innovative solutions and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Work collaboratively with teams to support various HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational talent needs.
- Influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders, fostering a trusted advisory relationship.
- Manage project initiatives and change management processes within the HR department.
- Occasionally travel to meet team and client requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, onboarding processes, and employment law.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Possession of a Master’s degree.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
