About the Role

The Senior Representative, HR will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of local and global policies and programs for staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee development and training, organizational development, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encompass all Generalist level duties, activities, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong partner relationships with the business and key stakeholders to coach and influence the best business decisions.
  • Support traditional HR areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, compensation/merit administration, HR compliance, wellness programs, and employee activities among others.
  • Provide continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Assist with HR-related projects for the site.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience in human resources required, or 13 years of related experience without a bachelor's degree required.
  • PHR or SPHR certification, preferred.
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical or related technical industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management concepts and labor laws with consultative, results-oriented approach.
  • Superior customer service orientation with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with coworkers of all levels.
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office systems.
