Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and HR metrics dashboards to deliver innovative insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts to provide comprehensive support across various HR functions, ensuring alignment with sector-specific talent requirements.
  • Facilitate project management and change management initiatives within the HR domain.
  • Utilize HR systems, including Workday, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and key stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill team and client obligations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, encompassing roles such as generalist, consultant, or analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or change management within a people services context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with compensation structures, benefits administration, onboarding processes, and employment legislation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree and relevant certifications (PHR or SPHR) are preferred.
