  • Engage in project management and change management initiatives within the HR domain.
  • Influence senior leadership and stakeholders through effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill team and client requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, encompassing roles such as generalist, consultant, or HR analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or change management within a human resources context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, onboarding processes, and employment legislation.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
